Dasa's product portfolio of sensors for temperature, pressure, strain, tilt, and angular velocity comes from STW.
Pressure Sensors
STW's pressure sensors M01 and F02 Safety are developed for the most demanding environments and with maximum flexibility. The sensors are manufactured according to standards and regulations to ensure quality and safety.
The F02 Safety pressure sensor allows use in safety-relevant applications that require a performance level PL d, AgPL d, or SIL 2.
Temperature Sensors
STW's temperature sensor T01 has a contact surface made of stainless steel, allowing maximum media compatibility and fast response times, along with the welded temperature element. With high EMC properties and resistance to shock and vibration, the T01 is suitable for demanding applications such as mobile hydraulics.
Tilt Sensors
STW's tilt sensors SMX.igs-e and SMX.igs-a measure tilt on one or two axes, as well as angular velocity and acceleration on three axes.
The applied sensor technology, combined with a compact and robust casing, is ideal for applications in mobile machines and tough environmental conditions. The measured values are made available via a CAN interface, making the sensor easy to integrate into existing systems.
Strain Sensors
Strain sensor SMX.dms-a measures deflections in various directions and indirectly registers forces, weights, or vibrations.
STW's newly developed hardware is identical to its predecessor, ensuring a seamless transition to the new model. The sensors are easy to install and commission, as well as being designed for easy maintenance and replacement. During servicing, the sensor can be easily replaced on-site.
Once the configuration data is accepted, the new sensor can be put into operation without further adjustments, meaning the system is ready for operation again in a very short time.
