Monteringspunkterna \u00e4r identiska med dem f\u00f6r f\u00f6reg\u00e5ngaren, vilket m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r en s\u00f6ml\u00f6s \u00f6verg\u00e5ng till redan befintliga applikationer.  Precis som tidigare finns b\u00e5de en analog och en digital utg\u00e5ng tillg\u00e4nglig. Dessutom st\u00f6ds STW:s open-source Software Platform openSYDE, som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r enkel integrering i befintliga system och anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r drifts\u00e4ttning av givare.<\/p>\n<p>Konventionella t\u00f6jningsgivare \u00e4r sv\u00e5ra att installera och ta i drift. Tack vare den optimerade anslutningstekniken kan installationen av DMS integreras p\u00e5 ett mycket bra s\u00e4tt i produktionsprocessen f\u00f6r t.ex. mobila maskiner. Givaren \u00e4r antingen avsedd f\u00f6r direktmontering eller s\u00e5 kan den levereras f\u00f6rmonterad med en b\u00e4rplatta som tillval.<\/p>\n<p>Vid service kan sensorn enkelt bytas ut p\u00e5 plats. Eftersom konfigurationsdata har anpassats kan den nya sensorn tas i drift utan ytterligare justering, vilket inneb\u00e4r att systemet \u00e4r redo f\u00f6r drift igen p\u00e5 mycket kort tid.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enkel att byta ut eftersom konfigurationsparametrarna kan \u00f6verf\u00f6ras till den nya givaren.
